Groups
In groups, individuals often find relief in knowing they are not alone, and gain insight not only from their own experiences, but also from witnessing others on their healing journeys. Group therapy can reduce isolation, build self-awareness, and foster a sense of belonging. Through shared presence, gentle guidance, and mutual support, group work becomes a place where people feel seen, accepted, and encouraged — just as they are.

Calm the Week Ahead: Sunday Sanctuary
Calm the Week Ahead: Sunday Sanctuary is a weekly group offering a gentle, supportive space to ease Sunday night anxiety and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Meeting Sundays from 7:00 to 8:15 PM, this group is designed for those who feel unsettled before the week begins, providing grounding practices, compassionate community, and space to breathe.
Each session includes time for sharing and reflection, along with guided exercises such as mindfulness, yoga nidra, and positive psychology to reduce stress and cultivate resilience. Whether you're navigating work stress, transitions, or the general unease that Sunday evenings can bring, this sanctuary invites you to come just as you are — and leave feeling more rooted, supported, and ready to meet the week ahead with steadiness and strength. Group starts August 17th 2025. Series will be 6 sessions to start.

Rooted Mamas
Rooted Mamas is a weekly group for mothers seeking space to breathe, reflect, and feel supported in the ever-changing landscape of motherhood. Whether you are navigating sleepless nights, identity shifts, emotional highs and lows, or simply longing for deeper connection, this circle is here to hold you just as you are.
In this group, we’ll create a safe and nourishing space for honest sharing, stress reduction practices, and supportive community. Sessions may include mindfulness, gentle movement, journaling prompts, and grounding exercises to help regulate the nervous system and foster emotional resilience. Together, we’ll explore themes like self-compassion, boundaries, identity, and the quiet power of presence while honoring the sacred, complex work of mothering.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to land. Come as you are: exhausted, joyful, messy, or tender, and leave feeling seen, steadied, and less alone.
